OpenFX is hiring an APAC Client Success Manager to own the retention and growth of institutional clients across the Asia-Pacific region. The role manages client relationships, develops account growth plans, analyzes client data, drives transaction volume and product adoption, monitors client health, coordinates with Product and Operations, and applies AI to automate workflows and improve client insights. Candidates need at least three years of fintech or financial services experience, five years of total professional experience in account management, sales, consulting, or business operations, strong data and AI skills, and the ability to independently manage a client book.
