Description
AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its 411-unit Amara Metrowest community in Orlando, Florida. The role provides resident service, completes apartment turns, and troubleshoots and repairs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and other maintenance issues. The technician may train other technicians, support vendor quality, and perform move-in and move-out inspections. The position requires at least one year of maintenance experience, proficiency in at least two technical trades, flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, reliable transportation, physical ability, and English proficiency. Compensation is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with quarterly customer-service bonuses and other benefits.
