Legacy Partners is hiring a full-time, on-site Apartment Community Manager to oversee the general administration, maintenance, staffing, financial performance, leasing, resident relations, safety inspections, and reporting of an apartment community. The role reports to the Regional Property Manager, follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule with on-call emergency availability, and includes a base salary plus potential performance-based bonus.
