Legacy Partners is hiring a full-time, on-site Apartment Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of an apartment community under the Business Manager. The role performs repairs, painting, carpentry, cleaning, turnovers, preventative maintenance, records and compliance work, resident education, and supervises and trains maintenance staff. It includes a Monday-through-Friday schedule, on-call emergency availability, and participation in safety meetings and inspections.
