Description
Legacy Partners is hiring an on-site full-time apartment maintenance professional responsible for the daily upkeep of a multifamily community. The role performs apartment repairs and turnovers, preventive maintenance, cleaning and grounds work, safety and emergency response, light pest control, inspections, and maintenance recordkeeping. It reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor and requires availability Sunday through Thursday plus on-call emergency coverage.
