Description
Legacy Partners is hiring a full-time, on-site Apartment Maintenance Technician to maintain multifamily apartment communities. The role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor and covers appliance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, turnovers, preventative maintenance, cleaning, grounds, basic landscaping, exterior repairs, utility shut-offs, light pest control, and after-hours emergency response. The position follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule with on-call availability and includes medical, dental, vision, paid leave, retirement matching, and other benefits.
