AIR Communities is hiring an onsite Maintenance Technician for its 83 Reserve apartment community in Roswell, Georgia. The role handles apartment turns, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance repairs; service requests; preventative maintenance; inspections; vendor coordination; and emergency on-call work. Candidates need at least two years of hands-on maintenance experience, experience in at least two skilled trades, troubleshooting ability, reliable transportation, and physical ability to perform maintenance work. The position pays $23–$27 per hour plus a 15% target bonus and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
