Legacy Partners is hiring a full-time on-site Apartment Maintenance Technician to maintain multifamily apartment communities. The role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor, follows a Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule with on-call emergency availability, and covers repairs, turnovers, preventative maintenance, cleaning, grounds, safety, and basic landscaping.
