Sparrow Partners is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for its Solea Alamo Ranch Active Adult 55+ community in San Antonio, Texas. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the technician will maintain the property’s structures, amenities, mechanical and electrical systems, fire-safety compliance, work orders, supplies, and overall show quality while providing responsive service to residents and visitors. The role requires broad maintenance knowledge, HVAC repair experience, strong plumbing and electrical skills, YARDI or similar property-management software experience, regulatory knowledge, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and schedule flexibility for on-call, nights, weekends, and holidays.
