Sparrow Partners is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician in Queen Creek, Arizona to maintain the physical structures and daily operations of an active adult 55+ community. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and involves inspecting the community, resolving maintenance issues, tracking work orders in YARDI, maintaining fire-sprinkler and backflow compliance, managing supplies and equipment, and following safety procedures. Candidates need professional maintenance-repair knowledge, a valid driver’s license, strong plumbing and electrical skills, and experience with HVAC, maintenance, lease-ups, multifamily housing, active adult communities, or hospitality; HVAC and pool certifications are preferred. The position requires regular Monday through Friday scheduling, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability, along with the ability to physically access property amenities and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
