AIR Communities is hiring an onsite Maintenance Technician for its Lakeview at Gateway apartment community in Denver, Colorado. The role handles resident service requests, apartment turnarounds, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and other routine maintenance, and may provide technical direction, train other technicians, manage vendors, and perform move-in and move-out inspections. Candidates need at least two years of maintenance experience, proficiency in at least two technical trades, flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, reliable transportation, physical ability, and English proficiency.
