AIR Communities is hiring Maintenance Technicians to provide resident service, complete apartment turns, and troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and other maintenance issues. The role may involve directing other technicians, managing vendor quality, and performing move-in and move-out inspections. Candidates need at least two years of maintenance experience, proficiency in at least two technical trades, flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, reliable transportation, physical ability, and English proficiency. Compensation is $24.00–$34.00 per hour, with quarterly customer-service bonuses and other benefits.
