BHSN is hiring an Apartment Program Case Manager to support residents in an OMH-licensed Apartment Treatment Program. The role provides individualized case management, advocacy, medication support, crisis intervention, daily living guidance, apartment safety inspections, landlord coordination, community referrals, transportation, and caseload management. Applicants need an associate degree in a related field with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience, along with mental health or residential services experience, a New York State driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours.
