The role manages general maintenance, work orders, unit turnover, emergency and preventive maintenance, safety, inventory, records, customer service, and vendor and contractor coordination. It also supervises maintenance employees and oversees budgets, contracts, scheduling, and supplier management. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of apartment maintenance or related experience, at least two years in a supervisory or leadership role, and proficiency with hand and power tools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Compensation starts at $27.35 per hour and can reach $34.19 per hour, with an average annual bonus potential of 10% and housing, paid time off, and other benefits.
