Windsor Communities is hiring a Service Manager for Windsor at Legacy, a 270-unit garden-style apartment community in Plano, Texas. The role oversees general maintenance, work orders, unit turnover, emergency and preventive maintenance, safety, inventory, records, customer service, and vendor and contractor management. It requires a standard Monday–Friday schedule with weekend work and an on-call rotation, bilingual Spanish and English ability, and at least five years of apartment maintenance or related experience plus two years in a supervisory or leadership role. Compensation starts at $28.03–$35.04 per hour, with an annual starting base of $58,302–$72,883 and 10% bonus potential.
