Boardwalk is hiring an Apartment Site Manager for Canyon Pointe Apartments in Red Deer South. The role manages the site and its residents, collects rent, inspects suites, shows and leases vacant units, prepares deposits, coordinates contractors, and assists with cleaning, snow removal, and painting. Applicants need two years of customer service experience, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, computer experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. Post-secondary education, web-based program familiarity, and technology adaptability are assets.
