Description
The Food and Beverage Server takes food and beverage orders, retrieves and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guest tables, collects payments, and assists with restaurant-area and equipment maintenance. The role requires availability for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, at least one year of public-facing experience, a minimum age of 21 to serve alcohol, communication skills, and food-safety and alcohol-awareness training; bilingual English/Spanish and knowledge of local attractions are advantageous.
