Description
The API Gateway Engineer will design and build a CAMARA-style, TM Forum-aligned API gateway for CloudCom’s telecom and network API capabilities. The role covers routing, authentication, rate limiting, request validation, policy enforcement, multi-tenancy, versioning, API lifecycle management, high availability, performance tuning, scalability, and resilience, while evaluating gateway technologies and guiding backend engineers on API design and platform engineering. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, more than 10 years of related experience, strong backend and API-platform experience, and expertise with REST APIs, OpenAPI, OAuth2, OIDC, mTLS, and API security.
