Bechtle is hiring an API Integration Support Specialist to maintain API gateway and integration platforms, resolve second-level incidents, coordinate complex support cases, document service requests, and maintain a knowledge base. The role also plans and executes platform updates, prepares customer deployments with security checks, improves CI/CD and deployment pipelines, and uses monitoring and performance analysis to improve service quality. Candidates need an IT system integration or comparable qualification, relevant professional experience, and familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure as code, API architectures, and incident management.
