Curve Dental is hiring a remote API Support Engineer based out of Calgary, Alberta, to provide technically focused support for its customer-facing external API. The role involves helping customers integrate the API, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders, improving the API through updates and documentation, and contributing to its development. The position requires a computer science or related technical degree, at least one year of customer service or technical support experience, at least one year of professional software development experience in C#/.NET or a comparable language, SQL and relational database skills, secure-code experience in regulated environments, and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
