Amazon is hiring a Developer Support Engineer for its global Advertising API Support team. The role provides technical support to developers and advertising partners integrating with the Amazon Ads API, troubleshoots complex integration issues, creates developer resources, collaborates on critical-event communications, and owns technical relationships with key API partners. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three years of software development or technical support experience, REST API and debugging experience, scripting-language knowledge, and data analysis and SQL experience.
