Description
Conduent is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and optimize ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, CSM, FSM, EAM, ITOM, HRSD, and ITBM. The role covers advanced workflows, CMDB and CSDM v4, third-party integrations, Flow Designer and orchestration, IAM and RBAC, platform administration, incident troubleshooting, documentation, Agile delivery, and mentoring junior developers. Candidates need at least five years of ServiceNow experience, practical knowledge of Discovery and CMDB, experience building custom applications and portals, and ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications; CSM, FSM, or EAM implementation specialist certifications are advantageous.
