Description
Conduent is hiring a Senior eDiscovery Support Analyst to support CLCA’s Relativity and RelOne eDiscovery hosting platforms. The role provides customer-facing support, designs, implements, deploys, and troubleshoots distributed systems involving Citrix, VDI, Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, MFA, and SQL Servers, while collaborating with Client Services, Data Management, Development, Infrastructure, and vendors. The position requires substantial Relativity and RelOne support experience, eDiscovery industry experience, and knowledge of cloud, networking, database, and infrastructure technologies.
