Description
Conduent is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Subject Matter Expert to lead solution design, implementation, support, optimization, release assessment, governance, security, reporting, integrations, and production troubleshooting across Core HR, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Recruiting, Compensation, and Security. The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud architecture, enterprise workforce structures, HR business processes, and Redwood capabilities, along with 8+ years of IT/HRIS experience and 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience. The position also requires participation in multiple end-to-end implementations and experience leading complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
