Panoramic Health is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider Program Director to lead advanced practice providers across its national nephrology practice network. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the role oversees onboarding, education, mentorship, clinical standardization, quality metrics, documentation compliance, recruitment, retention, and provider engagement. The position requires an NP or PA credential with an active clinical license, advanced clinical degree or certification, and at least five years of specialty practice experience, with experience in clinical leadership, multi-site practice, provider growth, and nephrology or related specialty care preferred.
