Description
The Apparatus Lead Technician leads and performs inspection, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and repair of low- and medium-voltage electrical power distribution equipment in industrial, commercial, power generation, and other customer facilities. The role serves as a technical lead for assigned projects, directs field crews, coordinates with customers and project personnel, interprets electrical drawings and test results, documents deficiencies, and provides training and mentorship to technicians. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of progressively responsible electrical power distribution experience, field-crew leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for travel, overtime, nights, weekends, and outages.
