Description
Janji is hiring a full-time Apparel Design Lead in Boston to shape men's and women's technical running and outdoor apparel. The role owns the design process from research and sketching through fit reviews, fabric and trim selection, and production, partnering with product, tech design, and development teams. Candidates need at least eight years of apparel design experience, a technical portfolio, construction and materials knowledge, Adobe Illustrator proficiency, and cross-functional sourcing and line-planning fluency; CLO3D or Browzwear experience is a bonus.
