Life is Good is hiring a Boston-based apparel and product designer to lead assigned product categories across apparel, accessories, and home from concept through production handoff. The role combines consumer insights, seasonal storytelling, color, graphics, materials, apparel construction, vendor collaboration, and cross-functional product development, with responsibility for calendars, presentations, commercially viable designs, process improvement, AI-enabled workflows, and mentoring associate designers and interns. The position is hybrid, with on-site work in Boston on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and requires 4–6 years of apparel design experience.
