Kubicki Draper is seeking an appellate and litigation support lawyer for its Miami office. The role involves complex legal research and analysis, drafting and reviewing complex pleadings and motions, appearing in court and arguing motions, and communicating effectively with team members and clients. The position requires at least seven years of experience, Florida Bar membership in good standing, strong legal research and writing skills, persuasive oral advocacy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; prior appellate and complex writing experience or an appellate clerkship is preferred.
