Description
AppleCare Technologies is hiring a BPR Project Manager to plan, mobilize, and execute mid- to large-scale technical projects and programs across AppleCare systems. The role owns scoping, requirements, solution architecture, technology selection, resource planning, governance, risk management, change readiness, and deployment activities while partnering with engineering, architecture, data science, operations, and business stakeholders. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree, at least four years of engineering or technical program management experience, enterprise-systems knowledge, and experience with global programs and AI/ML or automation technologies.
