Description
Donatech is seeking a W2 employee to act as a working lead supervisor implementing product quality enhancements in a warehouse environment. The role involves inspecting and installing appliance product upgrades, performing rework on refrigerators and ranges, documenting customer pain points during service-provider home visits, and gathering data for root-cause analysis. Candidates need an associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, plus five or more years of industrial, automotive, appliance manufacturing quality experience or appliance service technician experience. The position requires occasional travel, physical work including lifting 50 pounds, computer and spreadsheet use, and typically 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. hours.
