Sutherland is hiring an International Voice Process Associate in Airoli, Navi Mumbai for rotational night shifts. The role handles inbound and outbound customer interactions across telecom, technology, logistics, and mortgage domains; resolves service, technical, billing, order, delivery, refund, and loan issues; provides troubleshooting and sales support; coordinates escalations; maintains CRM records; and meets quality, productivity, sales, retention, and SLA targets. Candidates need English communication skills, customer service ability, basic Windows knowledge, familiarity with email and multi-channel communication, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Freshers and candidates with 1–6 years of experience are welcome, with an in-hand salary of ₹18,000–₹40,000 per month depending on experience.
