Rover is hiring an Application Analyst to provide technical leadership and support for its Zendesk CRM implementation. The role involves evaluating and optimizing Zendesk usage, leading configuration, feature rollouts, migrations, integrations, and optimization efforts, resolving escalated issues, translating business requirements into application functionality, and mentoring junior team members. The position requires a bachelor's degree or comparable relevant experience, at least five years of Zendesk implementation experience, strong Zendesk configuration and API knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation for the Barcelona area is €47,124–€57,120 in the first year, with a long-term incentive plan and benefits for full-time employees.
