Candidates need a bachelor's degree or comparable experience, at least five years administering and optimizing Zendesk implementations, deep Zendesk configuration knowledge, API familiarity, and strong project management and communication skills. The role is based in the Barcelona area, with a first-year salary range of €47,124 to €57,120.
