Lalamove is hiring an Application & IT Support Engineer based in New York to provide hands-on application support, contribute to Java development and bug fixes, troubleshoot technical issues, support end users and hardware, manage access and onboarding, and maintain IT documentation. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in application support, technical support, software development, or a related technical role, along with Java or object-oriented programming knowledge, SQL, troubleshooting, and familiarity with Windows or macOS and networking concepts.
