Hunter Douglas is seeking a senior technical leader to shape application architecture and modernization across internal applications, customer-facing tools, workflow systems, integrations, and AI-enabled applications. The role blends hands-on software engineering with architecture governance, helping teams harden, rebuild, integrate, modernize, and retire applications while improving reliability, security, maintainability, and delivery speed. The position also involves coaching engineers and business technologists, creating reusable standards and templates, and partnering across functions to align technical decisions with business outcomes. Compensation includes a BRL-based salary range, bonus, and a benefits package with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
