The Application Configuration Analyst supports the implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise applications and custom solutions, with a focus on the organization's Enterprise Content Management platform. The role translates business requirements into application configurations, collaborates with business users, developers, and application owners, troubleshoots issues, documents processes, and contributes to continuous improvement and application modernization. A bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing business or enterprise applications are required.
