Description
The Application Consultant develops dental practice workflows and software processes with clients, conducts remote and on-site training, handles customer and prospect questions, performs workflow analyses, and collaborates with software developers. The role is based in Jena, Thuringia, with home-office, office, or client-site work and travel; part-time work is possible but at least 32 hours per week is preferred. Candidates should have dental practice experience, customer support experience, strong communication and analytical skills, basic IT knowledge, and German at C1 level.
