STS Aerospace in Laconia, New Hampshire is hiring an Application / Customer Engineer I to interpret customer requirements and develop, plan, and implement design solutions using engineering analysis, product capability, manufacturing knowledge, and engineering processes. The role partners with internal teams on new business opportunities, supports engineering release activities such as requirements management, configuration, testing, documentation, and contract review, and works with customers on part configuration and change management across the product lifecycle. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience or training, along with strong collaboration, independent work, and continuous improvement skills.
