Description
Datacom is hiring an Application Delivery Manager to own end-to-end application services delivery across complex enterprise environments in Australia and New Zealand. The role leads service delivery governance, SLA compliance, incident and change coordination, stakeholder and service-integrator interfaces, lifecycle and compliance oversight, and continuous improvement through automation, performance tuning, and root-cause initiatives. It requires 10+ years of application service delivery or managed-services experience, strong ITIL expertise, multi-vendor and cloud experience, and leadership of distributed teams.
