Description
The Application Developer Analyst Level 5 will design, code, test, document, and lead the development of complex web-based, mobile, or client/server software applications for MTA. The role includes gathering business requirements, troubleshooting production issues, evaluating software products, developing test plans, mentoring less experienced staff, and supporting technology planning. It is based at MTA Headquarters in Jamaica, New York, requires advanced programming and strong leadership and analytical skills, and requires either a bachelor’s degree or at least 12 years of experience developing complex software applications, plus at least 10 years of programming experience.
