Avaloq is hiring a Developer in Makati City, Philippines to design, develop, maintain, and test scalable software solutions in an agile environment. The role involves collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams; writing solution designs and code reviews; participating in requirements analysis; optimizing functionality; documenting technical solutions; and contributing to continuous improvement. The position requires at least five years of software development or related engineering experience, proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or a similar language, database and SQL knowledge, Git experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. A university degree, financial-services or treasury experience, FIX/SWIFT/ISO 20022 knowledge, CI/CD familiarity, additional languages, and project delivery experience are preferred. The role offers hybrid and flexible working.
