Description
The ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer will lead the architecture, design, configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery modules. The role requires 8–11+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in HRSD, and involves strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and enterprise HRSD solution expertise. The position also leads and mentors developers, manages integrations with Oracle HCM and other systems, and ensures compliance with SDLC, ITIL, governance, audit, and change-management standards. The role is based in Bangalore or Mumbai.
