Description
The Application Developer IV is a senior technical expert responsible for leading the analysis, design, development, debugging, testing, and enterprise-level modification of complex software systems supporting agency operations. The role covers object-oriented programming, T-SQL, web applications, API services, scripting, source control, cloud-based platforms, web services integration, UI frameworks, and modern UI/UX practices, while collaborating with ITS leadership on development strategy and the full software development lifecycle. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 6 years of computer system development and modification experience, with relevant experience substituting for the degree on a year-for-year basis; it is entirely on-site and in-office.
