Dayforce is seeking an Application Developer focused on Python, artificial intelligence, and React to join its Innovation Solutions team. The role involves designing and developing AI-driven chatbot solutions, owning the full software lifecycle, building scalable enterprise applications, collaborating with clients and internal teams, assessing system risks, breaking requirements into development tasks, and estimating work. The position requires at least three years of relevant experience, Python and AI knowledge, modern web and object-oriented programming skills, SQL, Agile experience, and enterprise applications deployed on Azure or servers.
