Evernorth is hiring a Software Engineering Advisor, a Band 4 Contributor Career Track role, to advise senior management on major engineering matters and support the full software lifecycle for Mainframe PBM technology. The role involves hands-on design and development, agile and Scrum collaboration, code reviews, impact analysis, project leadership, and mentoring. It requires 11+ years of mainframe application development experience, a master’s degree or equivalent, and expertise in Mainframe COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and Teradata. The position is full-time, primarily based in Hyderabad, India, with a hybrid model of three work-from-office days and two work-from-anywhere days.
