Description

RSM is hiring a client-facing software architecture and development leader for its Application Development and Integration team. The role leads digital transformation engagements from discovery through delivery, architects scalable web and mobile solutions using Microsoft .NET, JavaScript frameworks, and SQL Server, mentors agile development teams, supports business development, and aligns technical and business stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of hands-on application development experience, with preferred experience in Azure, DevOps, APIs, system integration, and Agile/Scrum.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing custom web and mobile applications with Microsoft .NET, React, Vue, or Angular, and SQL Server
Experience independently managing client relationships and technical discussions with business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and DevOps practices
Microsoft Azure architecture and deployment experience
Business development experience including proposals, estimation, and client presentations
Web services, API design, and system integration expertise
Client-facing Agile/Scrum experience
