Description
The Junior RPA, Automation & AI Analyst is an entry-level role supporting the ERP Tech Factory’s process automation and operational efficiency initiatives. The role develops and deploys RPA and AI-powered solutions, maintains automation assets and documentation, supports incident resolution, analyzes process inefficiencies, and translates business requirements into automation specifications. It requires 1–3 years of hands-on RPA, process automation, or AI tool development experience, along with ERP or enterprise platform exposure, software development practices, and strong collaboration and learning skills.
