Description
Toray Advanced Composites is hiring an Application Development Engineer III to drive the technical adoption of its composite materials into customer products and applications. The role involves identifying new use cases, recommending processing and material solutions, leading customer-facing process development and equipment qualification projects, supporting troubleshooting and site audits, presenting technical content at industry venues, and collaborating with manufacturing, R&D, quality, and sales teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials field, at least 12 years of composite materials processing, R&D, or process engineering experience, CAD and Microsoft Project skills, and approximately 50% travel. The stated salary range is $120,000 to $190,000 annually.
