AERZEN Compressed Air GmbH is hiring a permanent Screw Compressor Development Engineer to develop complete single- and multistage screw compressor packages from concept through series production readiness. The role covers requirements analysis, design and calculation, component integration, technical support, documentation, testing, validation, and commissioning, while collaborating with Product Management, Sales, customers, suppliers, and project teams. Candidates need a degree in mechanical or process engineering, at least three years of relevant screw-compressor development experience, strong CAD and design-engineering knowledge, and fluent German and English.
